主要是读取计数器当前值+不定值X，然后计数器到当前值+不定值X，输出信号。
问题是连续读取，连续输出。计数器到当前值+不定值X，输出动作以后不再使用。保存当前值，和读取当前值的寄存器怎 ..]]></description>
